Dear French Revolution and European musicals fans, is that Louis XVI break-dancing on a table?

The lyrics are actually quite beautiful and inspiring, but I am super distracted by the thought that Louis XVI missed his calling by sticking with absolute monarchy— he apparently should have gone to the Place St. Michel with his iPod and stereo to break dance for his people. 

Unfortunately no, it’s just a rando dancer.  They were months away from even casting Louis XVI at this point.  But in a later video they had a dancer as Fersen and he was lookin FINE.
